On a scale of 1 to 5, my experience with them is probably a 10. I have been using Available Carpet Care and Upholstery Cleaning for many years because they are wonderful people and always do a good job. They have done primarily carpet cleaning and some upholstery cleaning in our unit, and they also have cleaned the common areas in our condo association. I continue to use and recommend them because they do a marvelous job. They are dependable and reasonably priced. They do what they say and do not overcharge you. Showed up on time despite short notice and spent 4+ hrs removing black grease (the worst of the worst) footprints from my white carpet on the stairway and trailing into a bedroom. Stuck to original estimate and had a very favorable result. Would most certainly hire again.
